Product Description
The rubber plastic foamed thermal preservation products (PVC/NBR) are produced with undergone ban bury, vulcanization and foam processes. Main characteristics of this product are: low density, close bubble structure, low thermal conductivity.
Low water vapor transmissibility, good fire proof performance, superior anti-aged performance, nice flexibility and other features make the rubber foam product very easy to install and reliable.
The foam is suitable for working termperature from -40ºC to 105ºC, it's fire proof capacity achieves national standard B1 level.
This product is videly used for heat preservation and insulation of all kinds of water vapor pipes in central air conditioning & refrigeration room, construction, ship, vehicle and other indusstries.
Due to the softness and flexing resistance of the material, it could be used for fitness euquipment handle and sheath, medical equipment, and daily necessities.

- How can I get a free sample?
The sample will not charge any cost, and the shipping cost will on buyer side.
For some customized product, we may charge sampling cost, which will refund to buyer partially/full when main order be placed.
- What if the order quantity is small?
Winland Metal requires MOQ for most of product, because we have to balance the production cost.
However, you are welcome to contact us for small quantity orders, we will let you know if there is any stock or whether we could start a new production.
Furthermore, please keep in mind the freight cost per unit may be higher for small orders.
- What is your guarantee policy?
Winland Metal focus on product quality, inspection will be proceeded before shipping, MTC and a certificate of quality and quantity will be issued for each order.
- What is your payment terms?
For orders below 2000USD, we require 100% T/T deposit to avoid unnecessary banking cost.
For orders amount over 2000USD, we accept 30% T/T in advance, and balance T/T before shipping.
- How can I know the delivery time?
Please get in touch with our salesman, we will let you know lead time of production.

- What trade term do you accept?
The trade term is totally depend on buyer's need, we could accept trade term like, EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF.

Winland Metal will ship the goods as per buyer's instructions.
